Attending and voting

  • Who can vote: members entitled to attend and vote under the Constitution, being Ordinary Members in good standing on the membership register at 18:00 on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
  • In person only: there is no facility to attend or vote remotely.
  • Can't attend? You may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote on your behalf. Your proxy does not need to be an ITS member.
Proxy deadline: 13:15 on Wednesday 18 November 2026. Appointments received after this time will not be valid.
