Availability for presentation and attendance at prize-giving: if your abstract is accepted, one of the authors must attend the Annual Scientific Meeting to make the presentation. The abstract should not be submitted if the authors know this is not possible. Similarly, if you wish your abstract to be considered for a prize, an author or co-author must agree to be present at the prize giving ceremony on the Gala Dinner on Friday evening.
Permissions: Encore presentations may be acceptable but encore publications are not. Proper use of quotes, citations and references are encouraged where necessary and appropriate however template writing, citation stacking, excessive aggregation and patch-writing are considered forms of plagiarism.
