ITS – GSK – BTS Travel Bursaries 2023 – Call for Applications
The Irish Thoracic Society (ITS) is pleased to invite applications for 2 Travel Bursaries to the British Thoracic Society Winter Meeting taking place in London from the 22nd – 24th November 2023, kindly supported by GSK. This award is open to all members of the Irish Thoracic Society who:
- Have submitted an abstract for presentation at the BTS Winter Meeting
or
- If no abstract has been submitted can provide a short outline of how their attendance will benefit their clinical and/or research work. (200 words).
Bursaries will cover travel, accommodation, registration fees and airport transfers to be arranged directly for the successful applicants or, if arrangements have already been made, reimbursement can be provided on presentation of receipts and within the maximum bursary value.
The award recipients will be announced in October 2023.
To apply please complete the attached form and submit to info@irishthoracicsociety.com by Friday 29th September at 5pm. Applicants must be members of the Irish Thoracic Society.
