This ITS supported patient Information leaflet was developed by respiratory specialist from the nationally designated respiratory centres of excellence to help address some of the patients concerns and understanding regarding the incidental detection and importance of radiological follow up of subcentimeter pulmonary nodules detected on CT imaging. The actual predicted risk of cancer and timing of radiological follow up for every nodule should be evaluated by a specialist in this area, but this leaflet can aid the information given to such patients.
